Judith Rosner is the president of The Rosner Group, an organizational consulting firm located in Warwick, New York. Judy works with organizations to increase productivity through:

  • conducting needs assessments and focus groups
  • coaching and counseling
  • interpersonal and management skill training
  • facilitating strategic planning sessions
  • building successful teams

Judy holds a Ph.D. in sociology from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Before launching her business in 1981, Judy taught at Texas Christian University and was Associate Professor of Sociology at Mount Saint Mary College where she also served as Chair of the Division of Social Sciences. More recently, she was selected to attend one of the most intensive professional development programs for human resource practitioners - the University of Associates Intern Program in Organizational and Human Resource Development. Judy has published in the areas of program evaluation, stress and health, and women in the professions. She has also written a Human Resource column for Inside Business.

No newcomer to local audiences, Judy has presented courses for IBM, Highland Telephone Company (now Frontier Communications), Department of the Army at West Point, Philips Components, Hudson Valley Business Journal, and the Times Herald Record. Other clients include American Management Associations, Horton Medical Center, Benedictine Hospital, Cornwall Hospital, Tri State Health System, Central Hudson Gas and Electric Corp., Dutchess County Department of Mental Hygiene, NYS Department of Corrections, Ross Laboratories, Shearson Lehman Brothers, Stainless Design Corp., Taconic Telephone Corp., NYS Telephone Association, UARC, Rockland ARC, Marpac Industries, Inc., Pawling Savings Bank, Ellenville National Bank, Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union, International Paper, Wakefern Food Corporation.

Judy belongs to The American Society for Training and Development, The American Sociological Association, the Orange County and Warwick Valley Chambers of Commerce, and Phi Beta Kappa. She was a 1996 recipient of the Woman of Achievement Award in Orange County.
